The Commission is one shared drawing board that anyone can add to — no account, no sign-up, one square at a time. On the 1st of every month we lock the board, lift the drawing off it, and print it as a limited run in the shop. Whatever the people drawing it made, that is what gets made. It is the one thing a small shop can offer that a large one cannot.

- 3It goes in the shop as a limited run Printed to order and listed like anything else here. Each month's board is a season — the finished ones are below — and a blank board starts the same day.

The details
- Do I need an account?
- No. The board is open to anyone — your squares are saved the moment you place them.
- How many squares can I add?
- As many as you like. There is no allowance and no cooldown between squares.
- Can someone paint over my square?
- Yes. It is one shared picture, not a set of private ones, and the month's drawing is whatever the board holds when it locks.
- What actually gets printed?
- The drawing itself, cropped to the artwork with the blank background removed, reviewed by a person, then listed as a limited run. Nothing is printed automatically.
- Something inappropriate is on the board.
- Email weirdcastlecrew@gmail.com and it will be removed — single areas can be cleared without wiping anyone else's work.
