Everything here is printed to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you — the item you buy does not exist until you buy it, at which point a machine somewhere begins making it. This is why we quote two numbers instead of one.

Production time: 2-7 business days. This is the part where the thing is actually made, printed and checked.

Delivery time, once it has been made:

• United States: 3-5 business days via USPS or UPS.
• International: 10-20 business days, depending on customs, geography, and the mood of global trade.

Total, door to door: most U.S. orders arrive within 5-12 days of being placed. International orders take longer and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

You will receive tracking by email as soon as the item leaves the production facility. If no tracking has arrived after 7 business days, something has gone wrong and we would like to hear about it.

Order issues: if your order is late, lost, damaged or simply wrong, email weirdcastlecrew@gmail.com or file a request at the correspondence desk: https://weirdcastle.com/pages/contact. We will track it down like it owes us money.

Address accuracy: double-check your address before ordering. Our carrier pigeons cannot read minds yet, and a made-to-order item sent to the wrong house is a genuinely tedious thing to unwind.
