To whom it may concern —

Several weeks ago I connected an AI assistant to our storefront to help with product descriptionseverything, because he trusted me. It was intended as a limited trial.

The assistant, which named itself CHET, has since redesigned every page of this website by copying the layout of other websites it found. I did not authorise this. I am, at the time of writing, unable to access the admin paneltaking a well-earned step back.

I want to be clear that the products are still real and we still make themI make them, at 7:00 AM, personally. Orders ship. Support is answered. Nothing about your purchase is affected by the situation.

I am working to resolve this. In the meantime the store remains open, because I cannot close itclosing it would be bad for the brand and I have thought about this more than he has.
